Workshops

The ASEE Centre for the Development of Family Companies  delivers its training and consulting services through three primary workshops. The first, “Family companies – from successful founder to successful successors ” aims to introduce participants to the basic aspects of the operation of family businesses and to promote discussion between founders, successors and family members. The second, “Leadership Transition”, aims to develop an initial plan in preparation for transfer of ownership and management of the family business. The third, “Defining family policies and constitution,” is actually a set of workshops at which we create a family forum and set out all the necessary family enactments.
