Employee Development Programs

ASEE works together with clients to create a programme using a toolset that includes workshops, organisational consulting, coaching, and training. Experience in recent years has shown that such long-term educational programmes targeted to the clients’ needs, that last several months at a low intensity, are extraordinarily effective for employee development. Additionally, ASEE speakers are primarily consultants, who, following their careers in business, now spend most of their time in ASEE helping clients solve real-world problems.
